A sparkling classic – matured with time
This Crémant Brut is a sparkling wine that has been shaped by long ageing on the lees and classic craftsmanship. Produced using the traditional Champagne method and matured on the lees for 48 months, it offers complexity, structure and elegance – with a
precision and persistence that can be confidently compared with traditional Champagne.
In the glass, it is pale gold with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose reveals precise aromas of pome fruit, lemon zest and white flowers, accompanied by brioche, tarragon and a hint of herbal spice.
On the palate, it is dry, creamy and lively. The fine texture and fresh acidity are closely interwoven with notes of green apple, citrus peel and salty minerality. The mousseux is long-lasting and fine at the same time, the finish is clear, focused and full of tension.
Each bottle represents craftsmanship, patience and control – a sparkling wine with expression, purity and lasting elegance.
