Honest red – natural and strong in character

This powerful and earthy natural wine made from Merlot and Lemberger is bottled unfiltered and without added sulphur. Its unadulterated nature reflects a respectful, minimalist approach in the vineyard and cellar.

In the glass, it is a deep ruby to purple red. The bouquet is complex and multi-layered: Merlot contributes aromas of ripe cherries, plums and blackcurrant, while Lemberger provides spice, earthy depth and peppery tension
. Fine notes of herbs and tobacco lend additional depth to the fragrance.

On the palate, this wine is dry, precise and structured – with juicy fruit, savory accents and an elegant, cocoa-like bitter note. A wine with rustic charm and sophisticated complexity that lingers for a long time.
