Wild grown – honest in character

A white wine made from happy grapes: unfiltered, unsulphured and vinified with dedication. This natural cuvée of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvitage expresses the full potential of the grape in its original form – rooted in organic principles and bottled with integrity.

In the glass, it is naturally cloudy, indicating its minimally invasive maturation. On the nose, a lively, rustic aroma of ripe gooseberry, grapefruit peel, warm hay and fine herbal nuances unfolds.

On the palate, it is dry, juicy and structured with a delicate tannic texture, fresh acidity and a wild mineral note. A fine bitter note accompanies the fruit and provides tension and length – a wine that surprises and lingers.
