Let it fizz—naturally!

Pét-Nat Rosé (Pétillant Naturel, meaning “naturally sparkling”) is a sparkling wine produced using the Méthode Ancestrale and is also a natural wine—meaning it’s a natural sparkling wine made through spontaneous bottle fermentation. Unfiltered, with no added sulfur—a true natural wine with fine bubbles and wild charm. In this traditional form of bottle fermentation, the fermenting must is transferred early on to a pressure-resistant bottle, where it finishes fermenting completely without intervention—no dosage, no filtration, just honest bubbles.

In the glass, it has a strong salmon pink color. On the nose, you encounter tart, herbal notes of rosehip and blood orange with a salty, spicy depth – an aroma that is as wild as it is authentic. The fine perlage is playful and lively at the same time.

On the palate, the wine is dry, animating and slightly astringent, with a clear mineral-salty core and fresh acidity. This is no ordinary rosé – but an excitingly raw character wine with plenty of expression and tension.
