The Structure and Soul of Riesling
This expressive Riesling Trocken shows the full potential of the Grape variety in its purest form – powerful, aromatic and finely structured. The harvest consisted of fully ripe, healthy grapes, 40% of which were fermented on the skins, giving the wine depth and volume.
In the glass, it has a bright, light golden hue. The nose reveals complex aromas of pineapple, lychee and apricot, accompanied by a fine mineral note.
On the palate, it is energetic and full-bodied, with lively acidity, rounded fruit and a subtle tannic grip due to the extended maceration time. The result is a complex, dry white wine with length, character
and a lasting impression.
Pairing Suggestions
An excellent accompaniment to lobster, grilled or smoked fish and smoked meat. Also suitable for herb-accented poultry cuisine and fine vegetarian dishes.
