Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions and packaging units The goods are delivered exclusively within Germany.

Important note on our box sizes: For packaging reasons and to ensure safe transportation, we only ship our wines in full 6-bottle boxes. Your total order quantity must therefore always be a multiple of 6 (e.g. 6, 12, 18 bottles). You can of course mix different wines as you wish.

Shipping costs (including VAT) We charge a flat rate of €9.00 per order (up to 6 bottles) for delivery within Germany.

From an order quantity of 12 bottles (i.e. from the second carton) we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.

Advantage for club members: For members of our wine club, shipping is always free of charge, regardless of the order quantity.

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2 – 4 working days after conclusion of the contract.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
